VIPCloud Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim.

While we strive to ensure continuous availability of our services, VIPCloud Solutions does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that may temporarily affect service availability. We will endeavor to provide advance notice of planned downtime where possible.

Either party may terminate a service engagement with written notice as specified in the applicable service agreement. VIPCloud Solutions reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate services in the event of a material breach of these Terms of Service by the client.

VIPCloud Solutions reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify clients of material changes via email or by posting an updated version on our website. Continued use of our services following notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
